Alicia Freyman Joins EYOS Expeditions as VP, Operations and Planning

EYOS Expeditions is excited to announce that, effective June 17th, Alicia Freyman will be joining the company as Vice President, Operations and Planning.

Prior to joining EYOS, Alicia worked for Zegrahm Expeditions for 16 years.

EYOS Expeditions is excited to announce that, effective June 17th, Alicia Freyman will be joining the company as Vice President, Operations and Planning.

Prior to joining EYOS, Alicia worked for Zegrahm Expeditions for 16 years. As their VP, Operations and Planning, she was responsible for the design, marketing and implementation of expeditions that spanned the globe from Papua New Guinea to Antarctica. Founding Partner Tim Soper says, “As we continue to grow, we need someone who is familiar with a wide variety of remote geographies and who has the skills to manage several projects simultaneously. Alicia has unparalleled talents, and her insight and abilities will allow us to expand the services we can provide.”

In her new role, Alicia will develop and oversee all expeditions EYOS leads. Significantly, she will be responsible for managing the challenging logistics that are inherent in expeditions, whether organizing private aircraft to Antarctica or working with submersibles on remote Pacific reefs.

Alicia is a born and bred Seattleite who graduated from the University of Washington with a BA in communications. She has traveled the world several times over, visiting all seven continents and over 70 countries. Her vast destination knowledge and unwavering passion for planning incredible journeys to hard-to-reach locales make her an ideal fit for overseeing Operations & Planning.
